Hypothetical Back-testing

Investment Advisory Services offered through Save Advisers LLC (“Save Advisers”), an SEC registered investment adviser. Prior to becoming a client, if at all, each prospective Client must answer a series of subjective and objective questions to evaluate both the individual’s objective capacity to take risk and subjective willingness to take risk. We will deliver to each prospective client our ADV Part 2.

The funds you provide will be deposited by Save Advisers into accounts established on your behalf at one or more FDIC-insured partner banks. FDIC insurance coverage is limited to not more than $250,000 per qualified customer account per bank. Actual deposit insurance coverage may be lower if you have other funds deposited at the partner bank. Each Save Advisers customer may authorize Save Advisers to open deposit accounts with up to four partner banks, resulting in total FDIC insurance coverage up to $1,000,000. You are responsible for determining the amount deposited in each account at the partner banks, and for monitoring the total amount of your deposits at each partner bank, to determine the extent of available FDIC insurance coverage in accordance with FDIC rules.
